  • Administration: New task management, calendar events, and a voice-powered AI assistant help staff work faster.
  • Security: Sessions now lock instead of logging out, and staff photos and documents are now encrypted and scanned.

Funzionalità

Here are the key product updates from this month.

  • Native booking engine: Scheduling is now fully owned by Praxium across the admin portal, client portal, and public booking widget, checking staff availability, location assignments, skills, and services before confirming a slot.
  • Appointment calendars: New day and multi-day calendar views, staff and location columns, quick-create slots, and location-aware availability shading make scheduling easier to read.
  • Flexible booking: Clients and staff can search across date ranges, book by visit reason or exact service, and see next-available slots automatically when no times are open.
  • Client portal enhancements: Slot holds prevent double-booking, clients can manage appointment history and booking notes, and the portal now reflects their home-location branding.
  • Multilingual support: Romanian is now available across the admin portal, client portal, booking widget, and emails, with a new language management workflow and per-language content readiness reports.
  • Task and calendar management: A new Tasks area supports delegation, due dates, and attachments, and calendar events now replace time blocks with attendees and organizers.
  • Voice-powered AI assistant: Staff can dictate notes or hold a live AI conversation to auto-fill client and appointment forms, with encrypted transcripts.
  • Location-aware customization: Practices can set location-specific custom fields, staff photos, service pricing, and logos, plus rename core business terms like Organization.
  • Email delivery and branding: Practices can connect their own email sender, preview and test templates, and track full delivery activity, including contact-form messages.
  • Reporting: A new booking capacity report and booked-capacity percentages for staff and locations help track appointment slot utilization.
  • Access management: A dedicated Client Access section, webhook notifications with location scoping, and clearer API profile controls give practices more control over integrations and invitations.

Sicurezza e affidabilità

Here are the security and reliability highlights from this month.

  • Session protection: Idle sessions now lock instead of logging out, and session token handling was hardened across all portals.
  • Sign-in defenses: Login responses no longer reveal account existence or lockout status, lockout recovery requires proper permissions and is audit-logged, and sign-in is more resistant to automated abuse.
  • File and data protection: Staff photos, documents, attachments, and voice transcripts are now encrypted and scanned for safety before becoming visible, and photo links can no longer be guessed or reused.
  • Access controls: Activity history now consistently respects each person's current permissions and location access, and invitation and lockout management require appropriate authorization.
  • Platform maintenance: Core platform components were updated to their latest secure versions, resolving known moderate-or-higher security issues, and background data processing is more resilient under heavy load.
