August 2026: Saved Views, Smart Filters, Restricted Fields, and a redesigned admin experience

August brought major administration upgrades, new ways to filter and save your work, and important reliability fixes for booking pages and sign-in.

Saved Views: Create, save, and share filtered and sorted lists of clients, appointments, and staff in list, split, or board layouts, and act on multiple records at once.
Smart Filters: Describe what you are looking for in plain language and get a ready-made filter, now available for everyday use with strong privacy protections.
Restricted Fields: Confidential information like salary can now be restricted per role, so only the allowed staff members can access it.
Login Network Check: An optional email-code check now protects sign-ins from unrecognized networks.

This month added significant new capabilities across booking, administration, and client management.

Saved Views: Create, save, and share filtered and sorted lists of clients, appointments, and staff in list, split, or board layouts, and act on multiple records at once.
Smart Filters: Describe what you are looking for in plain language and get a ready-made filter, now available for everyday use with strong privacy protections.
Custom layouts: Clients, Staff, and Appointments can now be viewed as a table, split view, board, or calendar, with adjustable page layouts and remembered preferences.
Menu reorganization: The admin sidebar was reorganized around daily work.
Rich text formatting: FAQs, tasks, calendar events, and other long-text fields now support bold, italic, underline, lists, and links.
Role-based custom fields: Restrict custom field sets to specific roles so sensitive information stays visible only to those who need it.
Public website control: Organizations can now enable or disable their public website from a single setting.
Guided invitations: Inviting staff or clients now walks through clear steps with a summary of what happens next.
New country: Romanian customers now have their own praxium.ro site.

This month included multiple security and reliability improvements.

Sign-in protection: An optional email-code verification step can now be enabled for staff signing in from unrecognized networks, with finer control to view or revoke trusted networks individually or all at once.
Data protection: Custom field data is more strongly protected in storage and in transit, and role-based restrictions now apply consistently in the client portal.
Smart Filters privacy: Smart Filters shares only field names with the underlying technology, never personal data, and includes safeguards against misuse.
Platform maintenance: Underlying software components were routinely updated throughout the month to address known security advisories.
