Faster, more reliable list views for clients, staff, and appointments

This release makes the Client, Staff, and Appointment lists faster and more reliable, fixes several navigation, sorting, and export issues, and includes routine security maintenance. No action is needed on your part.

Funzionalità

  • Faster list loading: Client, Staff, and Appointment lists load faster across the Table, Split, and Board views, with the biggest improvement when custom fields are involved.
  • Reveal-all for masked fields: Table columns showing masked custom field values now include a button in the column header to reveal every value in that column at once.

Correzioni

  • Smoother navigation between views: Switching between Table, Split, and Board, or moving quickly through records, no longer jumps back to the wrong record or view.
  • Reliable page loading: Moving to the next page at the end of a loaded list now waits for the new page instead of requiring a second attempt, and the record you are viewing stays visible, dimmed, while the next one loads.
  • Board view result limit: The warning shown when a Board view reaches its maximum size now displays the actual limit, and the Edit Filters button opens the filter editor while keeping your current filters, location, and sort.
  • Staff sort options corrected: A saved or bookmarked sort option that no longer applies to the Staff list now falls back correctly instead of causing an error.
  • Custom field deletion protection: Custom fields used in a saved view's columns, filters, sorting, or Board grouping can no longer be deleted while in use, even if the view is being edited at the same time.
  • Photo and file cleanup: Deleting a staff member, client, or location now reliably removes their associated photos and files, and staff and client photo previews no longer show a broken or outdated image.
  • Export accuracy: Exported files now correctly show blank cells for missing values, and zero, false, and dash values are no longer dropped.
  • Calendar event type menu: The event type menu in the calendar no longer closes unexpectedly while it is open.
  • Search results: Search results without a photo now show initials right away instead of briefly trying to load a missing image.
  • Board loading on entry: Opening a Board view no longer loads each lane's data twice.
  • Board preference after quick actions: Choosing the Board view right after leaving a record now saves that choice correctly.

  • Dependency security update: A third-party component used by the platform was updated to its latest secure version, closing previously identified issues.
  • More reliable sign-in activity: Login records and security notifications are now processed more consistently and reliably around account sign-in events.
  • Stronger data access protection: Additional safeguards ensure list data is only read by authorized users, including in grouped Board views.
