This week focused on giving practices finer control over sensitive data, smoothing out sign-in and sign-out issues, and launching a dedicated Romanian experience.
- Custom fields: Practice owners can now restrict custom field sets by role, choosing no access, view-only, or full edit, and the same restrictions now apply in the patient portal.
- Sign-in and sign-out: A stuck security check no longer blocks sign-in, and sign-out now completes reliably from every screen, including on multiple devices.
- Appointments: The new-appointment form now follows a clearer order and its submit button reads Create Appointment.
- Romanian market: Romanian customers now have their own praxium.ro site with a natural, everyday tone throughout.

- Clearer roles page: Field-access permissions on the roles page are now shown as plain text with a direct link to manage custom fields.
- Dedicated Romanian site: Romanian-speaking customers now have their own praxium.ro address with a region switcher and a natural, everyday tone throughout the product.

- Sign-in reliability: A stuck security check that could block sign-in until the page was reloaded is now fixed for every sign-in, sign-up, password recovery, and booking widget form.
- Sign-out reliability: Signing out now works consistently, including when signed in on multiple devices or from identity verification screens.
- Custom field validation: Validation messages for custom fields now appear in your practice's own language.
- Custom field labels: Visibility labels for Number and Amount custom fields now display properly translated text.
- Saving records: Staff with view-only access to certain custom field sets can now save records without errors.
- Client terminology: Screens that previously always said patient now consistently use your practice's chosen term, such as client.

- Reliable re-authentication sign-out: Sign-out from identity verification and re-authentication screens now completes reliably instead of getting stuck.
