This week's releases add appointment cases for tracking related visits, introduce a new ICF intake template built on a flexible 2×2 grid layout, and strengthen data protection across the platform.

Funzionalità
- Appointment cases: group related appointments, track progress such as “8 of 12”, and close a case with an outcome that locks its appointments from further changes.
- Case details and history: view case info from the Appointments tab, see the full history including reasons for closing or reopening, and reopen a case you closed yourself without needing an administrator.
- Case documents: download, edit, and delete case documents directly from the case drawer.
- Single override reason: one reason now covers overrides, past-appointment changes, reopening closed cases, and conflict resolution, including moving a closed-case appointment on the scheduling board.
- Reasons in activity history: typed reasons for overrides, cancellations, and reschedules now appear on the appointment's activity history.
- New ICF intake template: add a complete WHO ICF intake in one step, laid out as a 2×2 grid, and fully customizable afterward.
- 2×2 grid for field sets: any field set can now use a four-box grid that shows side by side on a laptop and stacked on a phone.
- Faster, better-protected photos: profile photos load faster, with a new “Show photo publicly” setting to control visibility.
- Audit log clarity: the activity log now shows consistent, easier-to-distinguish colours for each category, and the legend matches the colours shown in the table.

- Translated messages: error, validation, and wait-time messages throughout the admin and booking portals now show correctly in your own language, including on the login page.
- Booking verification codes: fixed a rare timing issue that could mark a correctly entered code as expired.
- Online self-service accuracy: the booking portal and booking management link now correctly hide changes you are not allowed to make and show the right explanation.
- Voice Lab provider selection: unavailable provider and model combinations are now clearly greyed out instead of failing silently.
- Trial data reset: clearing all trial data now takes you to the sign-in page with a clear notice instead of a blank, endlessly reloading screen.
- Field set ordering: dragging a field set to a new position now saves at once, with automatic recovery if the save fails.
- Correct “today”: calendars and date limits now use your account's own date, so team members in another time zone see the right day.
- Saving ICF-style fields: appointments now save correctly when you change only fields that have activity logging turned off.
- Compact yes/no fields: simple choice fields such as “Assessed?” now show compact radio buttons instead of large cards.

- Stronger data isolation: additional safeguards reduce private data retained between requests and better protect sensitive cached information.
- Protected access and abuse resistance: tightened checks ensure a request for a case or document you cannot see never reveals whether it exists, and sign-in and request handling is more resistant to automated abuse.
- Encrypted reasons everywhere: reasons typed for overrides, cancellations, reschedules, and case closes or reopens are now stored encrypted, matching protection for other personal data.
- Reduced data exposure: duplicate, unprotected copies of staff names are no longer stored separately.
- Stronger photo privacy: photos of the people you serve are never cached, and team photos are cached privately only, so sensitive images stay protected and still load quickly.
- Core software kept current: we patched a critical, publicly disclosed vulnerability; Praxium's use of the affected feature was never exposed to it.
