Week 40: Time zones, attendance reports and case history
28 set 2026 - 4 ott 20265 rilasci
This week brings your own time zone setting, new attendance and trend reports, and a full activity history for cases. Lists, saving and photos also got faster and steadier.
- Time zones: Appointment times, opening hours and calendars now show correctly for where you work, and you can preview a location's time zone change first.
- Reports: New Appointments, Trends and attendance-per-person reports can be filtered by location and staff member, and late cancellations now count as a miss.
- Cases: Every change to a case is recorded, and closed cases ask for a reason before they are edited, deleted or reopened.
- Lists: Lists load with fewer waiting steps, and switching between layouts is quicker, so daily work stays smoother.
Funzionalità
- Your own time zone: You can set your own time zone instead of sharing one with every business. Appointments, opening hours and calendars show in the time zone of the place they happen, your personal activity shows in your own time zone, and a label appears whenever the two differ. Before you change a location's time zone, you can see how many upcoming appointments keep their clock time and review conflicts, while past records stay as they were.
- Reports: The Booking capacity report is rebuilt with charts and tables, and new Appointments, Trends and attendance-per-person reports show attended, no-show and cancelled appointments and each person's next planned appointment. Every report tab can be narrowed by location and staff member, and the filters stay in shared links.
- Cancellation tracking: Each cancelled appointment now records whether the person cancelled late, cancelled in time, or your team cancelled it, and a late cancellation counts as a miss beside no-shows. Your people list gains Attendance and No-show rate columns with plain-language help.
- Case history: Every change to a case is recorded, including document uploads, edits and deletions. Editing, deleting or reopening a closed case asks for a short reason, whoever closed a case can reopen it, and closing a case lets you cancel its future appointments or keep them outside the case.
- Billing-code field templates: You can add a ready-made template with an official billing-code list to your appointment fields and edit every setting afterwards. Searchable list items now have a unique code and an optional description, and you can deactivate options so they are no longer offered for new choices.
- Faster lists and layouts: Lists for people, staff, appointments, locations and services load with fewer waiting steps, and a list you return to within 20 seconds shows its rows right away. Your layout choice is remembered for each menu, switching between Table, Split and Calendar is quicker, and the Calendar stays on the date you were viewing.
- Clearer saving and AI suggestions: The Save button shows its own progress with a spinner and ignores extra clicks. When a spoken answer cannot be applied on its own, an AI suggests line appears under the field with a Use this button, and nothing is saved until you press Save.
- Live field-set previews: Previewing a custom field template or an existing field set now shows the exact working form, including its boxes, required fields, and any conditional fields.
- Staff photos: In the Client Portal, people booking online now see staff photos in the slot grid, the selected-slot summary and on the staff chips. The public photo switch on a staff profile stays visible while it is on, so consent can always be withdrawn.
- Service pricing: When a service has prices for more than two locations, the list shows the first two and an option to see the rest, with tidier spacing and better wrapping for long option names.
Correzioni
- Photos: A photo that takes longer to check now shows a clear message asking you to save again, new photos appear at once everywhere that person is named, and photo previews no longer jump in size, are sharper, and retry after a failed load.
- Times and dates: Appointment details no longer show unnecessary seconds, relative times such as “5 minutes ago” appear in your own language, and calendars label each appointment with its own location's time zone. Filters, saved views and date pickers use your organization's day consistently, and some English pages no longer flash times before re-rendering.
- Filters and layouts: Appointments quick filters no longer vanish in a wide Split layout, the person filter keeps the person's name, and old location filters no longer narrow the Table or hide Calendar columns invisibly. The Calendar keeps its date after you visit the Table, quick filters stay pressed after you open a record and go back, Split view is no longer empty after a refresh, and other layouts show updated values after Board moves.
- Forms and saving: After a refused save, the form scrolls to and focuses the first field that needs attention, and administrators limited to one location see a clear error instead of a silent save. Using filters on a record page asks once before discarding unsaved edits, renaming a category after archiving or reordering it now saves, and address cards no longer lose focus while typing.
- Cases: Renaming or deleting a case updates the Documents tab at once, the Documents tab no longer links to a deleted case, and an open case drawer shows current progress after a status change elsewhere.
- Emails and addresses: Refused invitation or appointment email resends now explain why, email delivery steps no longer clutter the activity feed, and branded web addresses now lead to the Client Portal or online booking instead of the admin sign-in.
- Wording and counts: The 90-day no-show column counts exactly 90 days, and usage and delete messages read correctly for a count of one in English, Dutch and Romanian. Dutch labels read more naturally, a failed copy of a provider message ID now says so, and the sidebar highlights the correct section in your organization's history.
Sicurezza e affidabilità
- Encrypted connections: Traffic between your devices and Praxium is encrypted, and Praxium's own connection to its database is fully verified and encrypted too.
- Email limits: Each email address can receive at most 3 invitation emails per 24 hours, one sender can send at most 50 per hour, and a manual appointment email resend is limited to 3 per 24 hours for each appointment. A refused resend no longer replaces the sign-in link the person already has.
- Photo protection: When a photo is replaced or removed, any previously public copy is now reliably taken down, and additional safeguards protect how private photos are delivered to the people allowed to see them.
- Accurate usage counts: Usage counts for encrypted fields are now accurate, so a list item that records still use can no longer be deleted by mistake, and record pages load with less work.
- Branded address check: Branded web addresses are checked once a day and repaired automatically if they drift from your settings, and the team is alerted.
- Safer category changes: Editing, deleting or reordering a category entry that someone else has already changed now shows a message and reloads the list, instead of overwriting the newer change.
