Week 41: Report exports and a new Client Portal home

This week brings report exports, a redesigned Client Portal and a richer attendance report, plus safer saving across Praxium.
- Reports: You can export each report tab as PDF or Excel, and each chart as Excel, CSV or PNG.
- Client Portal: A new top bar and a two-column home page put the next appointment first, with simple ways to reschedule, book again or get in touch.
- Attendance: Charts per attendance group and a recent-visits strip make it easier to see who needs follow-up.
Funzionalità
- Report export: Each report tab can be exported as a PDF or Excel file, and each chart exports its data as Excel or CSV and its image as PNG, with Romanian letters shown correctly.
- New Client Portal layout: A top bar with your logo, the main links, a labelled Feedback button, the language and the account menu replaces the sidebar, and on smaller screens the links move to a bottom bar.
- Client Portal home: The home page now shows the next appointment on the left, with its date, time, staff member and location with Directions, and further appointments on the right as far as they fit.
- Appointment actions: Add to calendar gives you a calendar file for an upcoming appointment, Reschedule sits on the appointment card, and pending appointments show an Awaiting confirmation tag.
- Contact and booking again: When an appointment can no longer be changed online, labelled Call and WhatsApp buttons appear, and when nothing is upcoming Home opens the booking page with the last service, location and staff member already chosen.
- Attendance report: Bar charts per attendance group show who has a next appointment planned and split missed appointments into no-shows and late cancellations, and a strip shows each person’s last eight visits with their days.
- Attendance detail: You can search for one person to see their attendance group, missed appointments and a twelve-month chart, and a new Last appointment outcome column can be filtered and sorted.
- Tasks and notifications: Completing a task now confirms in place with an Undo option for 8 seconds, and read notifications offer Mark as unread.
- Invitations: You can send a replacement link for an expired invitation, and the Invitations total in the sidebar updates right away after you send, resend or revoke one.
- Dropdown search: Searchable dropdowns now start at the best match, rank exact matches first, mark the typed text in each row and show how many results match.
Correzioni
- Reports: The Day, Week and Month switch works on the first click, date ranges across a new year show the year at both ends, and chart tooltips and wording are clearer.
- Capacity reports: Offered hours are no longer inflated, staff availability can no longer overlap at two locations, former staff stay selectable, and Trends shows when capacity history is incomplete.
- Lists and exports: Lists of people and exports no longer fail when Client Portal columns are included, and exports no longer leave the Booked capacity cell empty.
- Documents: The Documents tab no longer stops at 25 documents, the case drawer lists every document of the case, and deleting a person or staff member removes their documents without an error.
- Body Map exports: Exported reports keep every recorded layer, note and body side, and long notes continue across pages.
- Appointments list: The This week quick filter no longer turns itself off right after you click it on a Sunday.
- Admin layout: A collapsed sidebar stays collapsed, the page no longer shifts when the header is unpinned, and completed tasks keep their place in the list.
- Saved views: A favourite saved view stays selected in the sidebar while you edit it.
- Sign-in: A screen lock after 10 minutes now shows a calm blue notice, and sign-in messages are clearer in the admin portal and the Client Portal.

- Protection against stale saves: Every change to an existing record now checks that your screen shows the latest version, so a save from an outdated screen is refused and the screen reloads while keeping what you typed.
- Safer access changes: An outdated staff form can no longer undo a role or access change that someone else made in the meantime.
- Invitation and password links: A replacement invitation or password-reset link replaces the earlier one, so only the newest link can be used.
- More reliable sign-in: Sessions refresh more reliably in every portal, and a login page left idle for a long time now recovers by itself during sign-in and two-step verification.
- Safeguards for documents: Additional safeguards protect access to documents when you save them.
- Safer editing and images: The text editor has extra safeguards for pasted content, and the image processing component was updated with a security fix.
