This week brought major upgrades to how you find, organize, and manage records across the admin portal, alongside stronger privacy protections and steady reliability work.
- Smart Filters: You can now describe who or what you are looking for in plain language, and the system builds a precise filter for you, with safeguards that keep personal details away from the underlying technology.
- Layouts and lists: You can view your lists as a table, split view, board, or calendar, arrange page layouts into columns, and use bulk-selection tools to act on several records at once.
- Staff assignments: Staff are now assigned directly to the services and visit reasons they provide, so remember to assign staff to any new service or visit reason before people can book it.
- Faster, more reliable lists: Your lists now load faster and navigate more smoothly, especially when custom fields are involved.

- Smart Filters: Describe the people, staff members, or appointments you want in plain language, including exact names, birthdays matched to periods like “this week”, and clearer feedback when a request cannot be fully understood.
- Custom layouts: Choose a table, split view, board, or calendar for your lists, arrange record pages into one, two, or three resizable columns, and keep separate layouts for viewing and editing.
- Bulk selection and a tidier interface: Select multiple records, staff members, or appointments at once, enjoy a more compact set of controls and widgets, and collapse Saved View groups to save space.
- Full details while booking: Creating a new person's record from the appointment drawer now opens the same complete, resizable form used on their profile page, including custom fields, photo, language, and portal visibility.
- Direct staff assignment: Staff members are now assigned directly to the services and visit reasons they perform, replacing the previous skills-based matching.
- Photo privacy controls: A new Photos section lets you choose whether photos are shown, and whether staff photos are visible to others.
- Conditional and public-facing custom fields: Fields can now show, hide, or become read-only based on another answer, and specific images, such as staff photos, can be safely published while the original file stays private.
- File thumbnails and flexible upload settings: File lists and upload queues now show image thumbnails, and you can set your own file types, size limits, and file counts for custom file fields.
- Upcoming staff birthdays: The dashboard now shows a widget listing upcoming staff birthdays with photo, name, and days remaining.
- New country websites: Praxium's public website now also serves visitors in Italy, Spain, and Belgium, in their own languages.

- Appointment, sorting, and export fixes: Timeline notes now save without a false error, sorting on calculated columns works again, and exporting is disabled when there is nothing to export.
- Category selection and email logs: Selecting a category no longer flickers or gets stuck loading, and delivery log rows no longer repeat expiry text.
- Appointment lists corrected: Lists now show every staff member assigned to an appointment, include a dedicated start-time column, and no longer open an appointment by mistake when you sort a column.
- Legal pages and language fixes: Privacy Policy and Terms pages now open correctly in every language, and the cookie notice and language switcher show the right language on the public website.
- Page loading errors resolved: The sign-up page and other pages, including portal sign-in, now load correctly.
- Visual polish: Profile pictures, tabs, status labels, pagination buttons, and sign-out screens now display correctly and consistently throughout the admin portal.
- Custom field fixes: Changing a dropdown field no longer disables Save, the Long Text preview crash is fixed, checkboxes now correctly accept “no”, and number fields no longer change value when scrolled over.
- Multilingual and wording fixes: All active languages must now be completed before saving multilingual text, and file-limit messages show the correct singular or plural form.
- List navigation fixes: Switching between Table, Split, and Board views no longer jumps to the wrong record, and a saved sort option that no longer applies to the Staff list now falls back correctly.
- Export and cleanup accuracy: Exported files now correctly show blank, zero, and false values, and deleting a staff member, person's record, or location reliably removes their photos and files.

- Trusted network controls: You can now view your trusted networks, revoke access from one network, or revoke all of them at once, with each revocation affecting only its own sessions.
- Smart Filters privacy: Smart Filters shares only field names with the underlying technology, never personal details, and now limits how quickly requests can be made to keep the feature reliable.
- Portal separation and security updates: Public marketing pages can no longer be reached through your own portal address, and underlying components were updated to close a credential-handling weakness and a memory-growth issue.
- Photo privacy tightened: Staff photos are now shown only when you have explicitly enabled that setting, and the portal now follows the same staff-photo setting used elsewhere in your account.
- File protection improvements: Private files stay encrypted, published images are checked and limited to safe formats, and file names are no longer unnecessarily exposed when files are shared.
- Routine security maintenance: Several third-party components were updated to close known vulnerabilities, and additional safeguards keep sign-in activity and list data access more secure and reliable.
